At the drugstore the cashier, a young girl about 23, had a tattoo of RIP (of somebody) under her neck between her cleavage! She was wearing a polo so its visible. Why oh why do people get stupid tats? don't they know its permanent? What is she gonna do when she's old and her chest and tattoo is saggy?
